ART OF THE GAP Shared Campus Program: Berlin 2021
An exploratory work as part of a summer fellowship. A piece which gathers subconscious, self-documented selfies, pictures and other archival footage during COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020-2021, overlayed on top of each other to create a sense of restlessness, loss, and memory. The images were made into a film, and submitted as a physical postcard as part of a collection of work sent around the world.
Architecture as Narrative
A two-part short film as part of the Master’s in Performance Design and Practice at Central Saint Martins. Each film explores the relationship between physical space and spectatorship, with a narrative driven by the historical and emotional baggage of designed spaces.
L’ORFEO
An adaptation of the classic opera into Mexican folklore. A costume-led performance, with a set designed to be an altar, inspired by Mexican brutalist architecture and natural materials and textures.
