PRODUCTION MANAGER and SENIOR LECTURER at THE LONDON FILM SCHOOL:
In both roles, I redesigned and implemented multiple new processes and a new production curriculum to help students produce over 300 films to an industry standard for distribution worldwide, focusing on diversity, inclusion and wellbeing. This included renewing our Risk Assessment policy and digitising the process, implementing new Compliance policies, more oversight and guidance with permits, releases / usage rights partnerships, working partnerships with casting and intimacy coordination programs, and heightened review of legal contracts for festivals and distribution. I also redesigned our budget oversight and managed production projects in coordination with other LFS Departments, working closely with HODs, our DEI advisors and upper management to balance creative innovation and industry protocols. I was teaching full time to over 200 students, designing and delivering a dynamic Production Curriculum, with intention of inspiring the next generation of producers.

As a dedicated instructor at the truly one-of-a-kind London Screen Academy, a free sixth form academy established by the founders Working Title Picures, I specialise in teaching students the intricacies of film production to industry standards. My courses cover a comprehensive range of topics including developing practical production skills, scriptwriting, and the art of crafting and developing compelling stories for development and pre-production. I am committed to equipping future filmmakers with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the competitive landscape of film production.
